ZAR 57 & ZAR 57 TwinZar 57 is born as the initiator of the entire family, and still today is furnished with a single-seat console located in the middle of the boat in both longitudinal and transversal directions in order to give the pilot total control of the means and an appropriate barycentre positioning.
Authentic innovation laboratory provided with a very comfortable aft convertible into a 2 metre deep sunbathing area (or bed). The stem is equipped with a wide sunbathing bed that can be extended to the same length by means of the appropriate extensions, table and pillows included.
Just like all the other ZAR models, 57 is provided with huge and versatile peaks and large liveable spaces thanks to the dimensions of the seats and of the walking surfaces.
The location of the motor behind the aft cones allows better performance and less noise that is very appreciated.
The shipís hull, that is particularly well balanced for what concerns performance and soft waves, has allowed ZAR 57 to win three editions of the Italian Endurance Championship in its category, dominating all the contestants with rough sea.
The Twin version has building characteristics that are the same as the ones of ZAR 57, except for the console. Conceived in order to offer maximum comfort and practicality for the pilot and co-pilot, the Twin console has more liveable space than model 57 without renouncing to the qualities of the one-seater console. The driving space remains located in the middle of the boat in both longitudinal and transversal directions for total control of the means. It isn’t a single console, but a single one enlarged but divided in two separate blocks. For the pilot: driver’s place with high ergonomic qualities and optimum steering wheel and instrument angulation that offers excellent standing or sitting driving conditions, the position of the gear/accelerator lever is on the right. With thumb trim command, wide compass and electronic equipment, electrical panel and watertight peak space. For the passenger: lifeline handle integrated in the handrail that surrounds the encircled windshield, watertight peak, wide shelf on which the radio can be placed. For the first time the special attention reserved to the pilot has been also given to the co-pilot passenger.
A console that once again can be considered as an initiator.
Zar 57 Twin specific characteristics

• 145 x 130 back sunbathing bed (with back rest in the horizontal position) or 145 x 200 (with back rest + driver's seat);
• two-seater console with mechanical wheelhouse, 2 internal watertight compartments with door, an object holder and two peaks under the driver’s couch and under the front seat. Reclining driver’s couch;
